4-5clovesgarlic crushed or sliced
3-4green chilli slit(adjust as per spice preference)

Instructions
Marinate the washed and drained mutton with all the ingredients listed under the marination section
Add the marinated mutton to a pressure cooker with a cup of water and cook unitl 4-5 whistles or 15 minutes
When the mutton is cooked, in a separate pan heat oil and add onions, ginger, garlic, curry leaves. Fry until onions are browned, add chilli powder and fry for couple of minutes. Add the cooked mutton to the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes
